Do you agree with the U.S. Supreme Court's decision on the health care reform law?

    This actually is not a yes or no question since there are several parts to the decision. Some parts are clearly accurate, such as the ultimate result on the individual mandate question, and some are just as clearly wrong, such as the holding that Congress does not have the authority to require those actively involved in the health care system to pay for their involvement. The suggestion that those who actively benefit from our health care system but choose to pass the costs of their involvement on to everyone else cannot be regulated because they are not involved in interstate commerce is just silly. Those people who can afford to pay for their health care costs but choose not to just want a free ride from the rest of us.
