I honestly believe Artist vs Poet should win. it doesn't matter how many times you can sit there and have one person vote. they're so undderated and they deserve the win the most.

Dia's current lead may be due to the countless number fans she has in the Pacific Rim countries, Philippines, Malaysia, and South Korea, Tiawan, and even Australia. That is probably the reason she has taken a great big lead, not cheating. She's my Favorite and I admit I voted for her WAY more than once, but at a pace of 1 vote at a time.
Who ever voted for Dia with a bot/program/whatever.

Not gonna lie, I think we all need to calm down. AVP fans aren't cheating just because they voted more than once. There is the option to vote more than once, therefore they're using it to their advantage to help the band that they love. Similarly, if Dia has a greater fanbase of fans who only vote once, good for her. Dia's good too, I'm not disputing that. We all have personal opinions, and we can all stick to them. That's what being human is.
Stop bashing each others' fan base, seriously. This is getting ridiculous. Vote for whoever you honestly think deserves to win, and don't bash the fan bases.
By the way, similarly, AVP didn't cheat by posting the link on twitter. I don't recall reading that that was against the rules.

This urks me. I mean its not even real anymore. If everyone voted ONCE then maybe it would be fair. Sorry AVP fans but since AVP tweeted that is when people started "cheating". By cheating i mean, voting more then once. I still remember when people did vote once. AVP had 1 vote Dia Frampton had 111 The Boyce girl had i think 7 Plug In Stereo had 56 and Sidewalk prophets had 11. That was real voting. Not this "vote till I die thing". It's ridiculous and by the way the Dia fanbase is MaD because they weren't saying anything and then you have the very first comments saying how dia isn't "engaging" or stuff like that. IF you actually knew Dia you'd know that she's not the type of person who puts on a big show. She is just herself. THAT is why we all love her so much.

I don't get why the comments supporting AVP are what got the Dia fanbase fueled. It doesn't make any sense. It's not like we're bashinh Dia in any way. And we haven't cheated at all. All we've done is as for support from the people who love AVP just as much as we do. We actually seem to want to win this for Artist vs Poet and it seems that some of Dia's fans only want to win this despite the efforts of AVP's fanbase. I'm just saying.

I agree with Brooke I mean we should just let up. We know Dia is better, we don't have to waste our time competing with cheaters like them. Besides, they're not going to win, so it doesn't even matter. The only reason this is intense is because of their comments.

Dia Frampton's is the best. She puts a lot of emotion into the song. Her voice is more soothing and adorable than Artist vs Poet's. She's probably thee best artist on the planet. Artist vs Poet told their fans to vote for them, while Dia didn't. We love her. We don't have to be told to support her. She loves us for that. We're there for her every step of the way. This little pole is just one tiny step. We're here for her.
After listening to all the covers, I have to go with Artist vs Poet. I'm not going to say that all the other covers were bad, but AVP's just sounded the best to me. I've followed the band since before I can remember and it's obvious they put a ton of work into this cover. I admire all the other voices in the other contenders, but Joe Kirkland just has a voice that is unlike any other. His voice works so well with Dylan's and actually, the entire band works so well together. It's clear that the time put into this was one hell of a time. If you watch Artist vs Poet's other cover videos, they're all just as great. They do this because they love it, not saying that the other contenders don't love what they do, it's just pretty obvious AVP does. Artist vs Poet does these things for their fans. Without their fans, they'd really be nowhere. So, for them to win something as small as this, would be really fantastic. I'm gonna stop rambling now.
After listening to the Artist Vs Poet cover and comparing it with Dia Frampton's cover, one can quite easily see that not only did AVP fully engage in the cover, but also put their own little twist on it, changing the lyrics to reflect a sort of edginess that arguably, fits the song's theme better than even Taylor Swift herself managed to portray. Dia Frampton's cover seems hastily done and not well rehearsed, with just a guitar to support her. Joe Kirkland's voice far surpass Dia's and his voice harmonizing with Dylan Steven's is quite beautiful and reflects more excellence and vocal superiority. Dylan Steven's guitar is more is more fluid and pleasing to the ear, and of course, we cannot forget Jason Dean. His clapping and drumming perfectly keep the beat and tie the entire cover together, and his bass playing takes the cover to a whole new level that Dia just cannot achieve. The video itself, is an essential part of the cover. Artist Vs Poet's video is quirky and fun to watch, and shows just how much fun the band had doing the cover. Dia's is drab and the concept of watching a girl sit and sing? Completely overdone. There's a humor aspect in Artist Vs Poet's video, seen from the very beginning in which they declare that they are more than just a cover band, and also in Joe's smile, Jason's clapping, "fucking whore" and in general, the vibe the video gives off. Artist Vs Poet is a humble band and it's quite evident that their love for their fans is boundless. Dia is following 132 people on twitter, and the percentage of fans in there is quite low; most of them are fellow musicians. Artist Vs Poet never hesitates to show their fans how much they love them, and their band twitter is following just short of 13,000 fans. The individual guys are following back far more. Dia's responses to her fans are sparse, but AVP's responses are daily and truly showcase how much they really need their fans and how much they appreciate them. Joe, Jason and Dylan would never take their fans for granted, and their fans would never take them for granted either. What they form with their fans is a connection, not a one sided fanbase/artist relationship.
Dia Frampton is by far the best, creative, down-to-earth, Musician/Artist to hit the scene in ages. Best thing is she truly is a Fan too, and loves her fans as much as they love her. So her cover of the Taylor Swift song MEAN is far superior to any other.
