This poll is just sad. Suarez barely ever makes it in double figures. Even if the team starts performing miracles under Rodgers (if players are going to want to play for him), Suarez is more of a creator than a target man. Torres seems to be back to his old self, might get a sniff at it. Rooney has always been somewhere up there, he is an obvious possibility, Aguero is another obvious possibility. Dempsey is going to be lucky to score 10-12, regardless of the club he will play for, he was never a contender to begin with. Bent doesn't have the service, RVP will almost certainly not do an identical season (that if he stays, of course). The Newcastle guys are probably both going to get a decent season but I doubt any of them really has a chance to get the golden boot. Borini is too fresh to the Prem, best case scenario he'll do a Chicharito (in his fist season). The Arsenal new guys are probably going to share the goals although I am ready to bet that at least one of them won't go into double figures. Balotelli won't play enough to be anywhere near the top-scorer (be it form, attitude, rotation or bans). The only 3 real contenders on this list are Torres, Rooney and Aguero, you could add Suarez at a stretch (if you're a Liverpool fan). This poll should be called "Who is your favorite EPL striker", because this is exactly what it is

There are quite obviously a lot of Arsenal fans that visit this website, we don't even know how good Giroud or Podolski are in this division, yet loads of people voted for them, also, Giroud has already come up all the divisions, much like Grant Holt, can he come up another to the premier league? Who knows, but there certainly is doubt in the back of my mind, I would suggest Papiss Cissé is an underated choice, might do an RVP next year and carry his team to champions league all by himself, but Newcastle have a strong team so I doubt it would come to that (The scout, Carr, [Alan Carr's father] did one hell of a job spotting Cissé, Ba, Cabaye, Tioté, Krul, Santon and Ben Arfa and many others too) Personally I think that the top scorer will either be RVP if he remains fit all year, Rooney if he remains in good form, or Agüero should he stay at city, or in the PL for that matter, you never know...

I have voted for Torres; an outstanding CF, clinical with both feet, in air & movement. I think, at his peak, he is as tricky as Suarez, as quick as Henry was, better than Carroll in air & can shoot the ball as good as anyone with both feet. He 'll start as CF this time & if keeps himself fit, 'll score over 25 goals.

This poll is just sad. Suarez barely ever makes it in double figures. Even if the team starts performing miracles under Rodgers (if players are going to want to play for him), Suarez is more of a creator than a target man. Torres seems to be back to his old self, might get a sniff at it. Rooney has always been somewhere up there, he is an obvious possibility, Aguero is another obvious possibility. Dempsey is going to be lucky to score 10-12, regardless of the club he will play for, he was never a contender to begin with. Bent doesn't have the service, RVP will almost certainly not do an identical season (that if he stays, of course). The Newcastle guys are probably both going to get a decent season but I doubt any of them really has a chance to get the golden boot. Borini is too fresh to the Prem, best case scenario he'll do a Chicharito (in his fist season). The Arsenal new guys are probably going to share the goals although I am ready to bet that at least one of them won't go into double figures. Balotelli won't play enough to be anywhere near the top-scorer (be it form, attitude, rotation or bans). The only 3 real contenders on this list are Torres, Rooney and Aguero, you could add Suarez at a stretch (if you're a Liverpool fan). This poll should be called "Who is your favorite EPL striker", because this is exactly what it is

I have voted for Torres; an outstanding CF, clinical with both feet, in air & movement. I think, at his peak, he is as tricky as Suarez, as quick as Henry was, better than Carroll in air & can shoot the ball as good as anyone with both feet. He 'll start as CF this time & if keeps himself fit, 'll score over 25 goals.
