@Cat - I can't vote more than once. If you try, it says "thank you, you've already voted." just like most PollDaddy polls. I guess if you vote somewhere else you can because it's once per IP address., but you shouldn't be able to vote from the same IP adress more than once.
@akankshaAnd 'true Jensen has gained more popularity with Supernatural, but many fans have known in other popular series like Dark Angel, to keep him where he came up with a dual role for him, and Smallville, Jensen is not only appreciated its beauty, but also because it is a great actor.

@Becky - Since you can only vote once, you just sound bitter. For your information, many fans love both Supernatural and Firefly. Plus you seem to be implying that Supernatural does not have a big fan base. I assure you that is incorrect. Perhaps instead of whining about things SPN fans have not done, it would be better to talk about why you love Firefly so much. Better to win new people to your show than rail at another fandom and look bad.
Mal Reynolds is the man. He's a real man. Honourable, stupid, goofy and irritable but manages to do the right thing when it really matters. And entirely unable to express himself emotionally.
Plus, he's badass.

The really sad thing about the end result of this poll, is that there is no way it's going to be an accurate reflection of the fan base or the characters. It's going to end up being SPN fans reloading the webpage 900 times a day until it closes so that their precious SPN wins. It's ridiculous.

Both shows have extremely loyal fan bases. That's probably why they're up against each other. They always annihilate the competition. The poll is totally a competition between fans, not protagonists.
