Don't even think about replacing all chicken with boneless. I like the grilled legs and wont eat chicken nuggets. If you head in this direction your chicken becomes nothing more than a copy of McDonalds and BK.
In the last year I have bought a bucket of chicken at KFC. First time I was craving chicken and went through drive-through arount 6pm. When I got home the chicken was so terrible(overcooked and dry) I threw it down the hill behind my house for the animals to eat.
Yesterday I was having grand kids ages 13 and 16 over for dinner. I again picked up a bucket of chicken at 1pm and they ate it at 4pm ( I refr. it due to time lapse) and again the chicken was not good like KFC should be. The just ate some of the skin that was chrispy and would not eat the meat. I do not plan to go back. I am writing this because if I owned a franchise I would want to know that my product was not meeting its true quality.

On our visit to KFC Thursday, 29 Nov 2012 we waited over 30 minutes for our order. Several other people walked out that were waiting to place their order. The staff appeared very unorganized and spending time having fun with each other. Ticket #4141 Store #L039017 6:31 PM. We will not return to this store again!

ilove the origanal fried chicken because it has that good flavor of home cooked chicken.
However the intercom is on the fritz & very hard to understand,(cutting out a lot).

On my visit to KFC Friday the 22nd, I ordered 3 piece combo with potato wedges, slaw, diet cola. When I got home there were no potato wedges.
