These "doctors" are plastic surgeons who are only interested in making tons of money. If they even exist, they are lying to try to bring more legitimacy to breast implants and pump up their customer lists. She obviously wasn't wearing a bra in the first picture and was wearing a dress that pressed them down, in addition to being in a bent back pose that tends to minimize her boobs. In the second none of this was true and she obviously was wearing a good bra.
They don't call it the Wonder Bra for nothing.
