Sound off on Oklahoma lawmaker's bill to criminalize enforcement of Obamacare in his state
The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is constitutional – end of argument
Fifty years ago, "states' rights" meant denying the right to vote; now it means denying the right to health care
Oklahomans are going to be paying all the hidden taxes in Obamacare and not getting the benefits if this passes
The Tenth Amendment is effectively dead – federal law is supreme
There are numerous ways the federal government can exert pressure on the State of Oklahoma and its citizens to force compliance
It will never pass – there arent' enough state lawmakers with the courage needed to stand up to the federal government
I'm not convinced it will work but I applaud the effort
I wish him luck but our best hope for overturning Obamacare is on Election Day
If this passes, I might consider moving to Oklahoma
Employing the doctrine of nullification to resist Obamacare is infinitely more constitutional than Obamacare itself
Go for it! The Constitution is worth fighting for
