went to dinner the other night and took with me a receipt from a visit about ten days before. When I got my Visa bill the charge was two bucks less than the receipt I had from Mimis. Asked for the manager and explained that I wanted to be sure that the waitress had gotten the full amount of the tip I had made. The mgr said she really appreciated my doing this and she would make sure from her own pocket if necessary that the waitress got the two dollar difference. I thought that was neat. Have really enjoyed the many times my lady friend and I get to Mimis. And my favorite Chicken pot pie and the ladies regular order of salmon that fortunately is no longer marinated. have made the dinner menu even more pleasant. We also get there for breakfast and lunch reasonably often. Good food, good wait staff and good atmosphere make it our favorite.
