Great poll, but it won't allow several to be ticked as in my case. I am very happy to be naked in public in a naturist environment and have no issues with naturist friends knowing my real name. And yes in an ideal world I'd be happy to share full details publicly. However it's not an ideal world, different countries have different cultural issues and with the internet we have a global community with potential conflict of both cultural and religious interests. Also many naturists would be adversely affected by making their naturism known to their professional colleagues, clients or employer. For example, a naturist vicar (and although I'm not one they do exist) who may be happy with being a naturist may not be understood by his congregation or employer. Celebrities may feel the same way in many cases. There are many areas of employment which would preclude naturists. Whilst for many these things are irrelevant or unimportant, to others they are essential and we must all learn to be tolerant of others whose situation we don't fully understand ourselves.
I am very much open with all my friends and family of being a nudist/naturalist. In fact since I have been open about it (10 years) I have brought friends and family into my naked world and even some co-workers now nakation with me several times a year. Being a nudist is about sharing and freedom and I will admit most of my friends are now very much articulate and have a lot of confidence in themselves. My age group of friends are 18-35.
