I think the Fed will announce more easing, but the market run up of late is pricing it in. I think we will see a sell the news event. I'm not sure how long it will last, but I think September will be a bad month for the market. I would be inclined to go short or stay in cash at that time. When October comes around, I would start buying again all the way through the election.
