John Lloyd You g is the obvious and only choice in my opinion. He is a barratone who can also hit the high notes as proven in his Tony award winning performance of Jersey Boys. He has the ability to play young to old flawlessly. He'd have to go lighter with the hair and eyes, but, that's easy to do!
