I have shopped at Chicos for years. Have always found things I liked and bought them. Your jeans fit me better than any I have ever purchased. My husband always ask me don't you want to go to Chicos. Lately my reply is no, I don't like the styles or maybe it is the designers. He has stopped going in with me because they have moved the chair he always would sit in while I shopped and point to things he liked and wanted me to try on. The chair is at the front door now & he is handicap and can't walk around in the store. I did buy a blouse I liked on 4/22/15. I will keep checking in and maybe the styles will change.

I've been shopping at Chico's for y-e-a-rs. Love Chicos. But today I shopped Chico's, Walnut Creek. The clerk(for sake of a better) was very helpful, courteous and assisted me with politeness and professionalism. Her name was Sussan. I've shopped at Chico's in Vacaville, Sacramento, Sonoma, Napa,
and in several stores in Southern California.
Chico's clothes fit me the BEST.

The survey choices should have included "all of the above." I love my Chico's store 00645. All the ladies are very helpful and fashion savvy. Whether I have 3 hours to shop or 15 minutes, they take care of me. I don't really shop anywhere else. Kudos to Kathy on 10/16/13.

I always shop at Chicos store #00295. The best sales persons are at this store. I am also partial to this store because the best manager in the world is at this store. Her name is Toni Bostick. Not only is she the best manager, she is the best daughter in the world.

Feel very fortunate to have easy access to Store 00541 and associates Kattie, Debby, and Brittany. The staff in this Chico's has longevity, knows the merchandise, and knows me well enough to let me wander at my own pace. Staff morale seems to be excellent -- the spirit in the store is bright, and it makes me feel good to go there even on a cold, gray day. I have visited other and much larger Chico's expecting to enjoy viewing a more extensive inventory -- however, our local store has better lighting, the staff is more helpful, and I leave feeling as if I have been among friends rather than just having a typical retail experience. The manager of Store 00541 is one of your stars!
Loved the recent catalog that told us more about the individual models we have come to enjoy as well as the backroom specialists -- a ballerina, an almost-pilot, a contemporary musician, a culinary expert, etc. Great strategy to help us feel like they and we are part of a family!

I shop at the Chicos store #00396. My closet is crammed with Chico clothes; obviously, I wear Chicos every day, from grocery shopping to formal events and everything in between. They have such beautiful clothes....color, designs, styles that I can't resist buying something every time I go in the door!
The sales staff are wonderful! They help me tremendously in putting together outfits that suit my personality, and my shape! And I never had so much fun spending money! Jennifer, Fran, of course Tommie, the manager, and all the other sales ladies are fantastic. By now they are like family. We have so much fun finding just the right thing for me, and I have so much fun wearing my Chicos clothes!
I have to say, that at times when the store is full of customers, we don't get to play as much, But its still a great experience!

Chico's emphasizes wrinkle free. Yet when the merchandise is checked out, it is stuffed into bags and looks as if I came from a rummage sale. This recently happened to me after spending several hundreds of dollars. What is keeping articles from being carefully wrapped? This has happened to me before at Chico's. I was told the stores do not have steamers. This is my complaint, and I feel strongly about it.
Would I need to get out the iron if I made the purchase a Nordstrom?

I recently was in the champion store #00181--Cheryl is always very friendly -tells abouts the new items
just came in , lets me looks and comes back to check with me-- I can take my time--- that what I
like-- evertone at the store, even manager speaks

I always shop at Store 00348. Maria Fe is practically always there when I shop and she is very eager to show me the latest fashions to arrive, and the co-ordinating pieces which go well with the pieces I choose. She is so energetic and she knows her fashions! I enjoy interacting with her and the rest of the wonderful associates at the store.

I never can find pants that fit me........they are all cut for young, slim women, I think. I need the kind that come to the waist over a FAT tummy! Several of my friends say this is their problem, too!

I go to a few of your stores in the area(Palm Beach County ) but without a doubt
i prefer the store in Manalapan. Today Dale helped and Myrna is my regular.
They are both great. The presentation at this store is more elegant and
they let me shop in my own manner. I am a Chico Junkee. Love the long pants.
I am fairly tall and the fit is great. Never push anything on me but always
suggest that I look at another item. I have been in retail sales all of my adult life and at 69yrs
I know what good help means to a store. I have to drive a lot further to get to this store.
It is well worth it. I never walk out empty-handed.

I would love to have your no iron cotton blouses in the .5 sizes, The size ones are too small and the size 2's are too large. There is a very large difference in the 2 sizes. I even looked at alterations and that would be too expensive and require a talented seamstress. Please consider as I must buy these from Coldwater Creek!!!!!

I shop in store 00372. Jackie, the manager is fabulous. Joyce, one of the sales ladies is incredible. Shelley, Uta and Ruth are great. Love dropping in at Chicos, The entire staff is wonderful, upbeat, and great when I need a little break in my stressful business day.
