Garrett, good for you and us! I love your new blog. Always needing fitness help, you remind me the importance of NOT abusing our bodies by pushing too hard. I have always frowned at the "no pain, no gain" jingle. I feel better now and wished I had heard it before I strained my left elbow on a machine at the LEC. It now feels like tennis elbow. It's hard to heal when you want to play golf 4 times a week. Any suggestions?
