For my wedding I would have been just fine without a reception, without any of the other formalities. But I would want some pictures of Bryan and I happy and dressed up to commemorate the day. My parents eloped and all we have of their special day is a couple pictures of them at their open house and my mom doesn't have a wedding dress. If she hadn't told me what occasion it was I wouldn't have known what I was looking at. A picture in a wedding dress commemorates the occasion and lets children enjoy the moment their parents were married. I guess my real answer is not on the list. A good photographer!
