If you could have done one thing different from the beginning in your Martial Arts training
I'd stick with one style for many years rather than taste 50 of them.
Focus more on hard realistic, combat training and sparring instead of the esoteric stuff like moving your chi and gaining special powers.
Done more soft , traditional training that includes more meditation, holding postures, sensitivity drills,etc
Made sure I found a school I loved to train at every single day!
Be more selfish and focused and put Martial training first over everything in my life.
Not spend time training at schools where none of the students have much skill
Changed my focus from being a tougher fighter to enjoying the life of a martial artist
