Apple has R&D proof all over the place. The before and after the iPhone pictures of Samsung's phones and tablets tells the copycat story easily. If Samsung or any other manufacturer for that matter had designed a phone like the iPhone before, why did they never release it and sell it? Because they did not period. Apple is the only company to work outside of the traditional box so to speak. I just hope the jury is smart enough to wade through all of the Samsung B.S. to see this.

Joe TechGuy, do a little research. Nothing was stolen from Xerox; Apple paid Xerox for access to their technology. (where can you find this info? The Steve Jobs biography)
