When testing 0-60 acceleration I highly reccomend doing a boosted launch! While your lb7 Duramax is old they are easily power houses! In fact those old Duramax trucks are a top choice for many looking for upwards of 800-1100hp++. My 2010 duramax diesel (crew cab 7550lbs weighed with me and a 200lb passenger and tool box) beat a 1998 Mustang GT in a race to 98mph! I was shocked but dont doubt that old truck, itll run with some older muscle cars even with a cheap power box. Diablo sport isnt the best tuner either, you can get better results from brands such as PPE or EFI live for the same ball park price and that truck will MOVE!!! Also your dependability with such power levels will further increase with a better tuner. Best of luck! Ill be looking for my old Duramax diesel like that to buy and hopefully run 10-11 second quarter miles in the next few years! :)
