I'm not sure about being too restrictive, I think it's just how our society views nudity. Not all countries view the female breast as sexual objects. Other countries feel other parts of the anatomy are sexual, such as the underarms, the back of a knee, etc. As for my boobs, well at least I am small breasted 34 b so they only droop to my hips! LOL!
I think our society is too restrictive about nudity. Women should go topless if they want...and there shouldn't be a threat of physical or verbal abuse or legal ramifications. Everyone's nude underneath all the clothes anyway. That being said--I wouldn't dare. Not since I breastfed both of my children. My boobs dropped to my knees. :(
