Yes, by addressing front-loaded contracts, changes to revenue sharing, and/or other means.

No, they don't need to make meaningful changes to the current system for the sake of parity.

No, they should give teams more wiggle room (ie - allowing teams to trade cap space, a looser salary cap, etc).
