Well this is a hard one, seeing how this boy is a baby him self.... But i have to agree with all of u guys, and say yes send him to jail!!! I am a mother of 5 kids, 16tn, 7yrs, 5yrs, 3yrs, and 9month's old, and all but my 9month old know's right from wrong.... Parent's now a day's rather then get off there booty's and do the job God blessed them with, they have the 5yr old watch the 2yr old!!! Those kids should have never been sleeping on the floor, and beeing a mother my self i would never leave my kids a lone with my 9month old... That's like me leaving my kid's alone with a dog, anything could happen in no more then a sec!!! I feel that the boy's parent's should be charged as well, cuz if they did there job that poor baby would still be with his mommy.... And parent's now a day's as sad as it is needs to be very picky of whom they leave there kid's with, i am a stay at home mom.. Why cuz i don't trust anyone with my kid's, no one will ever watch them like i do!! And if children are subjected to violence that will be all they know as they grow up and to the children violence is normal to them... It's bring's tears to my eye's every time some one throw's God's gift's away :( R.I.P. sweet pea, i'm srry we have failed u....

Yes, this child should be charged with 1st degree murder, if guilty. Otherwise he will never process and consequences of his behavior. Undoubtedly, he needs professional intervention now rather than later to learn how to be a responsible individual once released back into society.

What a sad crime too hear about and in this case I wouldn't blame society, I would blame his parents not one but two lives are now gone I wish parents nowdays would raise their damn kids.

How can u charge a 9 yr old whos idea of right and wrong has not been fully formed. I blame society.
