Should crosswalks be built all around the intersection at the foot of the Hillsborough Bridge in Charlottetown?
Yes, with the new event site there will be a lot more pedestrians.
No, one crosswalk across Grafton should deal with most of the pedestrian traffic.
I am surprised this wasn't dealt with earlier as part of the planning for this site.
