JN - you wanted to whip Guido's arse. Well if you want you can come and whip mine. I'm fed up paying for this. If you're no good however, I'll whip yours - but you won't like it.

Everybody is entitled to private moments in their life, the photographer who took these photo's needs to get a life. One of your own, instead of imposing on others. You sad sad person.

Why was she topless in front of servants and security men ? Doesn't bode too well for the future.

The only people to gain from this court action will be the lawyers and the press(the very people whom the royals are coplaining about)--the old adage,When in a hole ,stop digging, springs to mind

These people must know that they are being watched and followed. They can't be so stupid to think otherwise, or well, perhaps, who knows? Publish and be dammed one set of boobs more or less who cares? But I actually thought it was her tummy that was the centre of interest!

@ Guido Fawkes. If you publish these photos, I will find out where you live, and then come round and horsewhip your arse.

This is a futile argument. Whether the publication of such photos is merely in poor taste or actually illegal is irrelevant. Cameras are ubiquitous and the Internet has global reach. Privacy will ultimately only be available by default for those whose life is of no public interest. Should Leveson throttle the British press he will hasten this eventuality. Perhaps 'celebrity' status will no longer be so eagerly sought.

It is not the point who she is - she didn't not give her permission for the topless photos to be taken.

What difference does it make if they are published in the uk or not when they are all over the internet?

People you seem to be missing the point yes it was a terrible invasion of her privacy but she is not just any ordinary woman she will be QUEEN one day she should never have went topless in the first place she knows that every chance the paparazzi get they will be snapping her photo so its her own fault. It wasn't so long ago her Mother was going off her rocker because family holiday snaps had been published why i have no idea her mother is getting above her station its her daughter that's royalty now not her,i wonder what mummy dearest thinks about these photos?. I feel sorry for all the young members of the royal family as they cant do things like go topless or party in Vegas there meant to show an example sadly that's proving hard for them to do.

Peter she is going to be the future queen one day she shouldn't be going topless in the first place she should have had more sense.she obviously has no problem going topless so let her live with the consequences of her breasts being published in every magazine, newspaper on earth. The queen will be rather disappointed in her one would imagine lol.

As for you saying its an assault on her lmao don't be so stupid she put herself in that situation just the same as her sister and brother did as dids harry the way people are ranting about it you would think they had committed murder its the human body she has the same as every other woman. Just goes to show they are as human as the rest of us and Kate hasn't forgotten her common roots!!

This is a terrible invasion of privacy, it is such a shame that scummy paparazzi should do such a thing and it is utterly unacceptable that a magazine should decide to publish them. The editor who green-lit the publishing of these pictures needs to be punished in the most sever terms.

  • Lord Leveson - 12 years ago

Publish I say. Don't let toffs bully you with spurious chatter of 'public interest'.

Hopefully one will be able to see both nipples in high definition?

  • Rory Harrison - 12 years ago

I think you have achieved what you want to achieve anyway through the comments on the blog entry so the poll is actually invalid

  • Peter Reynolds - 12 years ago

I think it is appalling that you should even consider the question. Any decent person can only regard this as an assault on the Duchess of Cambridge and by toying with the issue you are complicit in what should be a matter for the criminal courts.

This is different to the Harry business. end of.

should you be able to? yes
    should you? No
am i interested? Yes (topless future queen, come on.)
Should this be a reason to publish ? Absolutely not.

  • keddaw - 12 years ago

You should absolutely be able to, but it seems to be an invasion of reasonably expected privacy and not at all in the public interest to publish these photos.

However, once they're out there, I dare say I shall have a look...
