While I do check FB, those entries are more likely to get lost or go unread. I am pickier about what comes into my email and that, like Michael, is my primary means of getting mail/information. However, lots of people use FB all the time so itf you want to reach more people it would be a great addition.
Do it! It doesn't hurt and if people do not want the updates, they do not have to "like" your page! Do it before someone else steals it! :)

I use google reader to check blogs I follow, so FB while nice wouldnt really affect my following your always interesting posts.

ditto what Michael said above, I check Facebook a couple times a day but frankly, a lot of posts don't make it to my homepage there. I depend on e-mail to keep up with blogs.

I don't want you to feel that I feel strongly 'bout you creating a FaceSpace presence - while I do check FB daily, e-mail remains the main mechanism I have for getting mail / information. Thanks for all of the great posts, regardless. Hugs, MP.
