who says u have to just end the game with 40 secs or 30 secs left & just kneel and walk off the field with time still on the clock??NFL does that everygame!? cant get mad if a desperate team is trying a desperate thing! they suck n they have to try desperate things to try to win games! but yet again it is the NFL & ANYTHING could happen!!

It is football...you idiots...stop holding there hands and let them play...btw...the helmet to helmet hits seem to continue and are for more dangerous than charging the line in a kneel down attempt...Dallas had to know it was coming! If not they are idiots also.

when the tampa bay's offense is one the field and taking a knee, and the opposing team does what tampa does and takes futher or to next level and aggresivly attacks their qb or who ever is blocking and just rams it up their ass tampa's coach is not going to like it, but what is says what goes around comes around and let me tell you, coaches on the opposite side of tampa is going to take full advantage to play his game. and i cant wait to see it happen...schiano is going to get his ass kicked.

I don't love but I respect why he did it. If teams are going to do that, then every team should just be on its "P's" and "Q's" so that someone does not get hurt. Remember one year when in an Eagles / Giants game, someone faked a kneel down and threw a pass which affected the game's outcome?

Seriously, someone is going to get hurt? If the score is within range I see no problem with playing it to the end. 7 points, 6 points, whatever...those games are close and if they want to play till the clock is 0:00 then they have every right to. Why do you have 3 players surrounding the QB in that play? To make sure if he fumbles its picked up by their own team. Cowboys should not be upset that the Bucs tried that at the end of the game, knowing full well that its Greg Shiano's strategy. They did it in week one and I am sure they will do it in every close game. So plan for it. Make sure your guys arent goofing around and thinking its over.
Players can get hurt on any play during a football game. What makes the last 3 or 4 plays any different? Play to the end. I'm ok with Greg Shiano's mentality.
send a "hands guy" out for a pass and tack on a additional score. That'll teach 'em! See how he likes playing to the end of the game.

People get hurt primarily when they are caught off-guard and unprepared. I'm a die-hard cowboys fan who also believes in playing until the clock is at all zero's...
The Cowboys saw what happened to the Giants and knew full well to expect it would happen to them. If someone got hurt I'd blame the Cowboys coaching staff for not preparing for the bucs to play it exactly as they did.
And, secondly, the Cowboys could have avoided the bucs doing that by simply being ahead by more that 6 points with 40 secs left.... The bucs had every reason to believe that if they could force a fumble and recover they could score a touchdown and win and last time I checked the goal in football is to win...
I'm not taking the buc side, but if the score is close enough for the losing team to think they have a chance then they have every right for their team and fans to play to win...
Hopefully the Cowboys will do the same in similar situations...

Someone, the center probably , is going to get hurt when they deliberately jump offside to pile drive one of the lineman. Someone should have belted the Buc that did it.
