Scientists! Writing is what we do and key to the success of our careers . . . but do you make it an inflexible commitment?

Definitely. I never compromise my writing time. I carve out time each week.

I do my best to protect this time, and I write a minimum of a few hours a week.

My many other priorities often take center stage. I fit in writing when and where I can.
