If the ref didn't see a foul then he or she shouldn't assume a foul occurred...Call what you see period. If they don't get those flops called they will stop.

I would agree with this rule, but it will not be done fairly. Certain players will continue to flop and never get penalized while others will be fined every time.

lets have a rule that says - NO player or fan can at anytime show any support for one player over another player -- it may hurt someone's feelings!

Creatives flopping is a beautiful art form. Fine only those who don't flop convincingly. Maybe an award should be given for the flopper of the year?
