I do not for a moment suggest that I am an IT professional, but I am one of those people to whom others turn for advice and information on computer, software or internet issues. Back in the Commodore 64 days I was made the "tech support" person for the public school in which I worked. I subscribe to a number of tech blogs and I truly enjoy figuring out how to resolve problems and learning more about how I can stay secure and help my friends stay secure on the Internet. I'm always interested in exploring new open source programs. I am definitely a "wired grandma"!
