What should the Jets do about their quarterback situation?

No matter how you shuffle the deck, the two-headed quarterback scheme usually doesn't work, but given the dire straits the Jets are now in, it may be the best option.
If you bench Sanchez, and Tebow struggles, you're then forced to return to a demoralized former starter whose confidence is shaken. As the article points out, Tebow has not shown he can carry the passing game for a full season. So at this point in the season, the Jets have really painted themselves into a corner.

Why is it that one bad game(not just Sanches but the whole team) laos the game. What will happen get all new players hahaha Keep Sanches he will do better if he has guys that can and will give 100% catching the ball. Again KEEP SANCHES

Tebow is the better runner no doubt, and and better Deep ball passer. No doubt Sanchez is more accurate in Play action, but with no running game there is no play action. Take away the play action stats and Sanchez is the worst QB in the league

Tebow needs to be the starter for the Jets because he makes plays when he needs to. He gives you plays with his feet that you sometimes might not expect. If your worried about his passing from last year Look at the throw he made last night that should have been caught. He has gotten a lot better. Therefore I think he would do better than his 50% he did last year. Plus most of all he has God on his side Which allows him to win football games.

Tim Tebow is NOT, I repeat NOT being used efficiently or effectively by Rex Ryan and the Jets organization. He is a quarterback, albeit unorthodox at the position, but a "quarterback" nonetheless. Tebow should be allowed to be Tebow. He should be granted the freedom to pass, run, option without being restricted in his play. Let's face it - this is what makes Tebow a threat to defending opponents. If he is limited to 'run only' it matters little more than if he were a just a back in the Jets offense. It is perplexing why Ryan has not made use of this offseason acquisition? You do not have to bench Sanchez to gain maximal value from Tebow. You do however have to you use Tebow as Tebow, if expecting "Tebow" results (i.e., inspiring play, a pervasive team winning attitude, and unexpected (bordering on the miraculous) FINISHES! To a coach and organization winning is what matters in the final analysis. In Sanchez AND Tebow there exists a potential winning combination, BUT the powers that be must see this and act upon it!!!

As in baseball, make Teabow the closer.
