A small number of Walmart workers have staged walk-outs, saying wages are too low and management harasses employees. Do you back their actions?

I agree Walmart pushes employees to work,work,work.....while management sits in the office and jokes around eating and not doing their job......while others are busting their ass.....then associates have to cut their hrs because of budgets and over spending at Home Office ,buyers for Walmart buying "Junk "" and sitting behind their desk making the BIG bucks while we the peaons BUST our Ass for them....while they sit on their boats enjoying their lives.....I could go on and on.....All I know Walmart has Really gone down hill....it's Unbeleivable how associates are treated.

walmart is 1 of the few good companies that you might get a job with right out of high school. if you want a better wage, the answer is a better education. walmart is not for those that want to stay there for the rest of their life and purchase a new car and a house but for those who count on it a a supplement income or use it to finance their higher education while working.

The wages may not be as high as union wages but they get good benefits, so when you look at 10 bucks an hour along with the benefits !!! vs some companys may be paying 15 bucks an hr but dont have any medical... then walmart is looking pretty good.
