  While I understand Mr. Hartford decision I don't support it in this field it's about the protection of the residents and the staff so he was really left with no choice other than a time line of who was on duty. We don't always make the best decisions all the time we just do what we think is right for the moment n that's what Mr. Hartford did not sure as a black male I would go back.

  They are suspended with pay! It is not like they are not being compensated while the investigation is going on.
