putting a call on silent is no good for a customer infront of you because tomorrow might be the customer you sitting with you phoning and that mean's you will be ignoring him/her. best way to handle the situation is to ask your customer to excuse you then you answer and tell the person calling you that you will be getting back to them because you with another client, i think its the best way
