I had seen this work more than 10 yrs ago in Montauk and still I think of this art occasionally after all these yrs. I decided to finally google it and see where it’s permanent home was. Sad that the Senate did not take the artist up on her offer. Maybe one needs to walk the space to understand the lasting impact on ordinary citizens, like myself. How sad a decision is made without experiencing the piece first hand. Where are our NY senators to help push this forward.?
