The arrogance which Sr. Maghnieh displayed in public always surprised me. I wasn't surprised that he used public funds as if they were his. Shame on him!

I think he should resign from office entirely. Next election feel free to run once again. If re-elected, by all means return to full duties. In the meantime, it shows poor taste on his part to remain on council.
