I say add a lot of new baby's . use 2 or 3 surragates at the same time... take what you can get.. hire nannys and baby nurses, when needed.. enjoy the babys and carreers as does angie Jolene and brad.... you two can go the same way.. just surrogate it all out.. using different gestation women..
you have the family and the money.. it only takes ten years for the young babe to be young people.... so I say jump in, get the family born. enjoy career and family.. tomorrow comes very quickly.

I wish only luck for them in everything that they do and whatever they wish for themselves, if it's another baby I wish them the best of luck they have inspired me so much and given a lot of people hope that if you don't give up in anything it will eventually come your way, I just love how they are there for each other and the respect and the love they have for one another. To me they are REAL people not faking to be others, I'm praying that they stay married and happy and overcome whatever obstacle that may come their way.

I will share in your blessings as new parents to baby Duke. I come from a family of four & am so grateful to have siblings. I feel like an only child can grow up to be great but if you are blessed to have another, go for it! This way you won't know- who stole the cookie from the cook- cookie jar:0) xo

My husband and I love watching their show (when he is home from deployment we watch together)...we are super competitive as well and he also hates to admit that we woman are the true champions! Lol Keep up the winning streak & attitude G..us ladies count on it!! ;0) Good hearts deserve great things and Gods grace...may you be blessed as many times as you pray for your tree to grow.....

it will be interesting to know if they are using the same gestation carrier which honestly is the best in the present circumstance.why not if not,they can afford to have more than one carrier so let them go ahead & have as many as they want.the carrier may even have twins or more.good luck to you both

Its great they finally got one but most folks cannot afford a carrier, and hey, why don't you enjoy the first child you have before charging off and having more. Talk about the excesses of Hollywood, too much is never enough. What the ratings not where they should be ?

I think the world of them. I am from the same area as Bill is from in Illinois. I have had the pleasure to have met Giuliana once and I have met Bill several times. I also was diagnosed with breast cancer this past year. I too had a double mastectomy. I was 44 so my doctors thought I was "silly" as my gynecologist put it, to have a baby at my age. I do have children, I just thought it would be a blessing to have a another child . I love watching your show on Tuesday nights. It is a shear delight.
It definitely takes my mind off of cancer and sad things in life. Good for both of you that you
forged ahead and did what your heart told you to do. Giuliana you are beautiful inside and out.
