    Just discovering ways to use it. Have been discarding, although I've only recently began making my own milk.

    I just picked up some okara from Mitsuwa Marketplace. I'm looking forward to stir-frying, simmering it in shoyu and takara mirin, and adding it to chirashi-zushi. I'd be willing to bet that San Jose Tofu Company will either give it away for free or charge some minimal amount...less than Mitsuwa.
