How very sad that kids are being deprived of having fun with their friends at school. Life is so short, and I really cannot see why they cannot be allowed this.

At Waterloo Schools the Elementary kids still dress up and have a parade through the middle and high schools. It's a great way for all the kids to come together as a school campus and community. Afterwards the elementary kids have parties which the parents are part of. It's a great way to get to know the school and students that are part of your child's life! Let the kids be kids!
