What do you think of mattresses made with precious metals?

We spend a third of our lives in bed. Why not sleep in style, if we can afford it?

I'll bet it's super comfortable.

While I think a $75,000 mattress is ridiculous, I might consider a gold pillow as a gift for a 50th wedding anniversary.

Sheer excess and status consumption.
