I may not cheer but the girl on the cover of the video is my girlfriend and she is certainly a talented (non-biased) athlete by what she does.

As someone who cheered from 6th grade through college, I absolutely believe it should be considered a sport. I had rehab for my back (twice), knee surgery and a concussion that ended my senior season. I saw my fair share of broken ankles, busted mouths, and even had a teammate carried off the field on a stretcher. Speaking from experience, safety is paramount to the success of this sport. Glad someone's finally seeing the light.
