Wizards decision makers have been a mixed bag over the years. Grunfeld's best skill is ridding his team of terrible contracts (a valuable skill to have). Unfortunately, he also has a knack for putting bad contracts on the roster.
Morey stockpiles draft picks and makes shrewd trades. Since Yao and McGrady, he's been missing his superstars. I'm not sure Lin and Harden are those superstars but they've at least given themselves a chance.
