What do you think of OCBC's new leave schemes

I think it's a great idea and more companies should adopt it

I think the PSLE leave scheme might not be the best idea as it will create more stress and panic for the child and the parents

I think that instead of using up my own leave, OCBC should give designated leave just for parents with children doing major exams and not just PSLE
