Confident; there's been an awful lot of engineering and preparation to date

Not confident; I'm very skeptical of this whole process

I expect it to go over budget as the years pass, and I'm OK with that; that's the nature of huge projects

I'm not happy that we're financing this by piling on debt for the next generation to pay
