As a Cowboy fan of 40 years I'm shocked and disappointed of the lack of accountability of this team in recent years. The main issue with this team is the acceptability of the same penalties and mistakes by the coaching staff and owner Jerry Jones. They have talent but constant mental lapses and missed opportunities are exhausting to watch. All the missed tackles,offsides,procedures,missed assignments and dropped balls with seemingly no consequences is aggravating. In the Landry and Johnson eras these problems would have been addressed and heads would've of rolled. Until management or the coaching staff adopts the same practices of these men this team will continue to tease and disappoint.Same players making same mistakes or not making the plays when the present themselves over and over.Winners win......
