I usually start the day of Toronto's Christmas parade. Usually put up out tree while watching, but I find the parade is getting earlier and earlier every year so that is slowly changing. This year it's on the 18th and that's to early for me. So it'll be the last week of November here. (Ottawa)

We don't start the Christmas decorating until after Thansgiving. It's still fall until that time! :-)
