Who would you take plus 24 points against the worst NFL team?

    He makes no sense especially with his argument that Oregon would out-tempo nfl defenses. Problem is, nfl teams would man-up bump and run wit all wr's to destroy the passing game. 2nd, ANY nfl team would dominate the line of scrimmage and disrupt EVERY single running play with penetration. Special teams would be the same, college kids would not be able to get off blocks to make any plays. 24pts simply wouldn't be enough if a college team was playing to win instead of playing to cover a spread

    Go back in history and take a look at THE COLLEGE ALL-STAR CLASSIC played each year at Soldiers Field from the 30s to the 70s, between the NFL Champions and a quickly-thrown-together Team of College All-Stars. Not only did the College Team win about 10 of those games, including 1963 against the Green Bay Packers, but perhaps another 25 of those games were VERY competitive.

    The only college team that had a chance to beat the worst NFL team was when the University of Miami had that squad with like 6 or 7 future 1st rd picks on it. They were an NFL team playing college!
