How well defined are the attributes of your next role

Excellent. I know exactly what i want and so does my agent.

Average. I think I'm OK, but I haven't defined them clearly yet.

Poorly defined. I'm probably more confused than anything else. So too will be my agent.

I have not defined them at all - so I'm probably going to end up wasting mine and everyone elses time.
