Yes. It's a matter of safety on the job. Employers have to protect their workers, and themselves.
To a degree: Random drug testing should only be allowed at companies where workers are at physical risk. Most white collar jobs should be exempt.
No. It violates our civil liberties. What we do on our own time is our own business.
