If someone is to blame is bad scheduling!
    Not the players! Nor Coaches!
The fine should go the other way around!
Those who made the mistake are fining the coach!
A Very Delicate move! A true abuse of authority!
    NBA cares!
    Bravo!

And there would be no mega-bucks without fans...they need to be respected.

Without Coaches & Players there would be no teams.
    Without teams NBA wouldn't exist!!!
If someone should be fined is D. Stern... putting Money over players health!!!

    A Coach is a coach!
    A team is a team...
    A decision is a decision!
Spurs surely gave a fight well remembered!
You need guts to do what GPop did!
    Thumbs Up GPop!

    What If... if Spurs won?
    The ball is round

Man you are right, Pop is doing his job and the comish is making a big mistake meddling in coach Pop handling of his team, we all know how Stern always favored the big market teams, lakers, NY, Heat, Boston, he never help the Milwakee Bucks or the Charlotte Bobcats, or Jazz, etc, somebody tell me please that he was unaware of the Spurs playing 6 games in a week and the second game of a back to back and the 4 game in 5 nigths AND the Heat happily resting in home for 5 days waiting for a tired Spurs team to make them look bad in the game ?, if that is not playing favorites to his beloved son le bron, then what it is ? he only care about money and the status quo, and making an example of coach Pop of the Spurs, fine profesionals and athletes and a franchise that is the epitome of decency and great management, gime a break, so my only hope is that his time to go from the NBA can not come fast enough.

LOL 9:1 in favor of GPop. Who knew the Spurs had so many fans?

    Ben -

You are right on every single count, and Stern has shown again how deep in the media's pocket he is and always will be. To impose sanctions against a coach for exercising his coaching discretion is simply ludicrous, but that is the usual MO for the commish. I would love to see how Miami or the Lakers would handle the same kind of schedule that the Spurs have had to contend with year after year. Right. Keep spitting out the truth, even if you are just another voice crying in the wilderness.
