The way I feel most of the time about the sharing of household duties (broadly defined) is:

Pretty happy. We work things out so that neither person's burden is disproportionately large.

I'm happy about the balance most of the time, even though I often do more than my share.

I think I do more than my share and it's often a source of unhappiness.

I'm unhappy because my partner does too much.
