I'm with Tom Williams...in your line of work it would seem to me that you would know how to spell "dinner" correctly.

DINER is a place to eat DINNER. Please fix your bad spelling above.

Why do much sodium in the food? It is ridiculous to put that much sodium in food. I hope one day that your customers realize that you are running their blood pressure up. I won't be eating at The Salt Barrel again.

I am a long time cat breeder/exhibitor and have done a LOT of traveling to shows. It was during my third show season that I became acquainted with Cracker Barrel. I had arrived at my hotel (after a 6 hour drive), too late for a meal and still had last minute grooming to do on the cat. Only got three hours sleep and woke famished! A drive-through breakfast was NOT appealing to me while looking forward to a looong tiring day, so the front desk lady suggested Cracker Barrel - which was on the same block. I tried it and fell in LOVE! Everything I loved was on that menu. This was back in the late 80s and I'm sure the menu has had minor changes, so all I remember was that it was HUGE and they even fixed me a glass of ice cold buttermilk (not on the menu). From that time on, all my travel plans were based on the location of the nearest Cracker Barrel! And the Cat Fancy seems to agree with me, because if there is a Cracker Barrel in town, you can bet Saturday morning will find a bunch of Cat Fanciers eating breakfast there.
I'm retired and living in Lewisville, Texas now but any excuse is perfect for a trip to store #198. I also do the major part of my Christmas shopping there. My latest trip to Good Ole 198, was June 10 at 3:28 pm.
I had a big hankering for my favorite Breakfast - I had not had breakfast because I was fasting before having blood drawn. My waiter was Steven A., an extremely personable and helpful waiter, deserving of many Kudos for putting up with strange ole ladies and smiling politely throughout. I ordered the Old Timers over easy, with sausage, grits, apples, biscuits and gravy (extra gravy for the grits). It arrived quickly, cooked perfectly, plated beautifully and scrumptilicious. I was so full, fat 'n sassy, I bought myself a new watch on my way out......But I'll be back AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE!

It's been a LONG time that I had a restaurant meal that I totally enjoyed. I ordered sirloin steak medium and it was just right. Perfect. I had carrots--always sweet, baked sweet potato with butter and brown sugar, lovely; and I (a northerner) tried turnip greens for the first time with a little vinegar, and I loved them. I had two cups of English breakfast tea. And a biscuit. No dessert--I and my wife (who always has the roast beef dinner) were full. Our waitress--Latoyia--was caring and polite. We ate at #663 in Matthews, NC. Forget the reward--just keep up the good work. Thanks for making a good day better.
