I blame, myself included, all the American people for not holding our representives responsible for the actions and inactions.

Over the last number of year there have been Budgets passed by the house but the Senate never picked them up to even talk about or vote on.
Obama has submitted bad budgets then gets very little backing for the Democrat Controlled Senate or Rapublican House. The majority of both houses normally vote NO on Obama's budgets.
AS I see it.. It is either Obama's way or nothing, It is Reids way or nothing.
Get rid of both of these two so America can move forward.
